A few of my goals…

I’ve been MIA for a while as I adjusted to life with a newborn and toddler. I have so many things I have been learning about in my journey of life, mostly food and health related. Informed Papa and I have been becoming more self-sufficient and are on the look-out for some decent land to live on (build or buy).

I was thinking recently about my ideal lifestyle, and I think if I put the effort in I can pull it off. Among other things, it includes:

■Having a green smoothie every second day

■Having a freshly pressed juice every other day

■Eradicating the need to go to the supermarket. Ever. This one is a little more long-term, I should achieve it within 2-3 years.

■Going for a power walk or a run at least three times a week

■Doing tai-chi, yoga or pilates at least three times a week

What are your ideals for the life you want to live? What are you doing today to help you get there?
